Stage 1: Pre-Production and Planning
Once you have contacted us we will send across a short list of questions. This is one of the most important sections of our process because this is where you have the opportunity to write all the details about your project in regards to times, dates, styles of videos you like etc. This is the most valuable time spent on the clients’ part to ensure that we give you a correct quote and that you will get the perfect video for what you need. If we require any further information we will simply contact you directly.
We make a note of everything you’ve described and use the information to form a project proposal which will include a clear project timeline, a project quote and creative details as to what style we’ll look to create.
We send this across to you and if everything is OK we book you in and begin planning your entire project. Upon confirmation we then issue you with a 50% deposit invoice – this must be paid in full at least 5 working days prior to the project start date, otherwise production will not continue on your project.
You will note that on the deposit invoice will also be a charge for a ‘Project Hard-Drive’ which is bought specifically to store all your project files, footage, titles, exports etc and you are given the option to keep this once the project is complete as a form of retaining your own copyright. If you do not want the hard drive we simply keep it at the office in case of future additions or updates.
